Telehealth is easy and convenient, even if you have never done it before!
Telehealth is just like a regular office visit except that you will interact with Dr. Stephani either by a phone consultation (requires just your phone) or by video conferencing over the internet (which requires internet and your own smartphone, tablet or computer).
This is a very convenient way to have an appointment and will reduce your risk to exposures of viruses, including the Coronavirus.

- Click the link just prior to your scheduled appointment time, following the instructions in the email using an internet connected device. You will be prompted to run an application and once this is accepted, you will be directed to the appointment screen. Your secure and private appointment begins when Dr. Stephani joins in.

Do I need special equipment for video conferencing?
All you need is an email account and an internet connected device, such as a personal computer, iPad, Android Tablet, or Smartphone.
How is my information protected during a video conference?
The software used for Telehealth video conferencing is through Zoom and is HIPPA compliant, which ensures confidentiality.
