If I have recommended a product, and you need it refilled, it is best to refill promptly, to avoid going too many days without it. If you're a new patient, your account will be set up during your first appointment. If you're an existing patient without a Fullscript account, just let me know and I'll set one up for you. Once your account is ready: 1. Open the email from Fullscript to create your password. 2. Visit [Fullscript's website](https://us.fullscript.com/welcome/naturalfamilydoc/store-start) to log in and order — I recommend bookmarking it for easy access. 3. Once logged in, you'll have access to the supplements I've recommended for you, as well as the full catalog of products we've carried in the past. If an item is on backorder, try checking for a different size — sometimes another size is available. If nothing is available, or if you're looking for a suitable replacement, message me through the [patient portal](https://naturalfamilymedicine.practicebetter.io/#/signin) and I'll help you find an alternative. ## Products Not Available on Fullscript Occasionally, a recommended product isn't available through Fullscript. In these cases, the supplement's description — found within the Protocol in your patient portal — will either say **"Order Directly From Our Clinic"** or provide the exact website URL to order from. If it says to order directly from the clinic, please send me a message through the [patient portal](https://naturalfamilymedicine.practicebetter.io/#/signin) with the product name, and I'll help arrange it.
