If so, you are probably on the right track. It is amazing what inflammation does to our bodies. It is one of the leading causes of several chronic health conditions: - Arthritis - Obesity - Fatigue - Cardiovascular disease - Pain - Inflammatory bowel disease - Diabetes - Excess weight or obesity - Irritable bowel syndrome - Allergic reactions - Fevers and frequent illnesses - Tissue swelling and skin conditions - Autoimmune conditions - Dimentia and cognitive decline - Many more…. Inflammation can be reduced through lifestyle choices but requires one to embrace these choices and stick with them as much as possible.
